Welcome to Aarna Care / Aarna Strength Foundation. By accessing our website, making a donation, volunteering, or participating in our activities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Purpose of Donations
All donations made to Aarna Care are voluntary and are utilized strictly for charitable and welfare purposes including healthcare, education, nutrition, cancer care, disaster relief, and community development programs.
Funds are allocated based on project needs, operational feasibility, and social impact priorities to ensure responsible and effective utilization.
2. Donation Policy & Refunds
Donations are treated as final and non-refundable. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as technical errors, duplicate transactions, or compliance-related issues, subject to verification.
Donation receipts, where applicable, are issued in accordance with Indian Income Tax regulations (including Section 80G, if applicable).
3. Compliance & Regulatory Alignment
Aarna Care operates in compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations governing nonprofit organizations, including CSR-related norms.
The organization does not accept or solicit foreign contributions unless permitted under applicable FCRA regulations.
4. Volunteer Conduct & Safety
Volunteers must adhere to ethical conduct, safety guidelines, and operational instructions during all activities. Any form of misconduct, negligence, or violation of guidelines may result in immediate suspension from volunteer engagement.
Participation is voluntary, and while reasonable safety measures are taken, Aarna Care shall not be liable for risks inherent in field activities unless required by law.
5. Media, Photography & Awareness
Photographs, videos, and testimonials captured during events or activities may be used for documentation, reporting, awareness campaigns, and digital or print communications. Such use will always respect dignity, consent, and ethical representation.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, belongs to Aarna Care unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or misuse is prohibited.
7. Website Usage
Users must not engage in any activity that disrupts website security, functionality, or integrity. Unauthorized use may lead to restricted access or legal action.

9. Governing Law
